Why LFL?
What We Offer
01. Small Class for Better Engagement
We believe that small class sizes are crucial to enhancing the quality of learning.
Our classes are designed to be meaningful and connected in private and group lessons, with an average of just 6 learners.
This low student-teacher ratio ensures you’ll receive the focused attention you need from your instructor. Additionally, group discussions and the sharing of individual perspectives provide more opportunities for student engagement.

02. Maximum Student Interaction
At LFL, students benefit from personalized attention within a small classroom environment and social group to interact with their peers outside of class. Every two weeks, you'll have a face-to-face session with your teacher, during which you'll receive constructive feedback and valuable guidance on your learning journey.

04. "Can-Do" Assessment &Tailored Feedback
Effective and personalized feedback is a cornerstone of our programs.
We use portfolio-based assessments that offer a more accurate representation of your English proficiency across various activities.
This method allows our teachers to provide precise insights into your strengths and areas for improvement, making the feedback more meaningful and actionable.
05. Globally Recognized Exit Test
At the end of private or group lessons, We use two types of Exit Tests depending on your learning needs and goals.

Duolingo is an internationally recognized English proficiency test equivalent to IELTS or TOEFL, and it is accepted by over 1,500 colleges and universities worldwide. With this official certification, you can accurately measure your English proficiency and use the results for job applications or further academic pursuits.

CELPIP Mock Test
The CELPIP Mock Test simulates the Canadian English Proficiency Index Program Test, helping you prepare for the real CELPIP test.
The CELPIP Tests are Canada's leading general English tests for immigration and professional designation.

At LFL, We foster an environment where learning is hands-on, experiential, and exploratory. We learn by practicing and using different learning tools and media.
You can expect to learn using interactive learning tools such as Wordwall, Metimeter, Bamboozle, Google Suite, a Zoom online whiteboard, etc., with authentic learning sources such as official guides, videos, news, songs, and PDFs.
Our interactive project-based lessons allow you to engage in practical activities, apply your English skills in real-world situations, and connect with Vancouver's local culture and community!
06. Multilingual Website Interface
